On this fun, one-day class you will learn to create some delicious hand-held meals, maximising flavours and textures to create mouthfuls of heaven. This food is perfect for casual entertaining, enhancing a party or bbq, or mid-week meals that the family will love.

Your taste-buds will be tantalised throughout the day with flavours from Turkey, Hong Kong and Italy.

Lamb kofta in flour tortilla
with salad and tzatziki

Asian prawn dim sum
with dipping sauce

Spicy chick pea samosa
with yogurt and mint

Ricotta doughnuts with cinnamon sugar
with warm chocolate, olive oil and sea-salt sauce

Menu 2026

Spicy Merguez Sausage
with toasted almonds, peppers, tomato and griddled pitta.

Amritsari Indian Fish
with mint and coriander chutney.

Fragrant Lamb Kibbeh
with Baba Ghanoush.

Steamed Boa Buns with Shredded Pork
with spring onion and spicy black beans.

Lunch

You will enjoy a sit-down lunch with wine featuring some of the dishes you have prepared during the day.

Take Home
