Our five day Beginners Cookery Course is ideal for those with little cooking experience who want learn the core skills that will help them to start cooking with confidence.
This course will give you a broad range of skills to become a competent cook, starting with the basics and moving on to more complex areas.
You will be with like-minded people with the same level of skill, and the course is a lot of fun as you work your way through a wide range of recipes each day enjoying a lunch and bringing a range of dishes together in the afternoon to take-home for dinner. You will be amazed at how much you accomplish during this course.
