Mackerel on Fennel Slaw Starter

Recipe

• 2 Whole Mackerel
• 20g Dried White Breadcrumbs
• Tablespoon Chopped Rosemary
• Half A Lemon Zest
• Salt & Ground Black Pepper
• Olive Oil

Fennel Coleslaw

• 80g Grated Carrot
• 80g Grated Fennel
• Grain Mustard
• Mayonnaise
• Salt & Pepper To Taste
