New Course: Vegetarian Indian

We’re excited to launch a brand new one-day course celebrating the bold, vibrant flavours of vegetarian Indian cuisine.
Vegetarian Indian is perfect for anyone wanting to expand their plant-based cooking skills, or simply explore the rich traditions of Indian home-style cooking. You’ll spend the day learning how to create a flavour-packed vegetarian feast using authentic techniques and freshly ground spices.
Under the guidance of our expert chef tutors, you’ll master classics such as Paneer Tikka Masala, Tarka Dal, and Onion Bhajia, along with perfectly puffed Chapattis, tangy Lemon Rice, and sweet Imli ki Chutney. You’ll discover the secrets behind tempering spices, balancing sweet and sour notes, and creating depth of flavour without the need for meat or fish.
As always, the course is entirely hands-on — you’ll cook every dish yourself and enjoy a delicious lunch during the day that you have prepared yourself and have plenty to take home at the end of the day to share. Whether you’re vegetarian, flexitarian, or just a fan of Indian food, this course will give you the confidence to cook vibrant, nourishing dishes at home.
Vegetarian Indian is now open for bookings — our first course starts on 8th November with further dates throughout 2026.
