Graduate Video: Sara's Petite Cuisine
After graduating from the Ashburton Chefs Academy, Sara Felix knew exactly where her ambitions lay and set about opening up her own Patisserie, Sara's Petite Cusine which is located in the picturesque town of Topsham in Devon.
Born in Portugal and raised in Plymouth, Sara graduated as a qualified Pastry Chef after completing a 'Diploma of Patisserie’ in 2016 and has held Pastry chef positions in Exeter in a well know bakery before ultimately fulfilling her ambition of launching her business in 2017.
Sara is passionate about creating delicious Pastries, using only the best ingredients.
