Meet the Owners
Owners Biff & Amy took over Ashburton Court in 2025 and have extensive experience in hospitality having hosted and cooked on boats around the world for many years.
Amy is a skilled chef who has trained at various locations, including Ashburton Chefs Academy. She will be preparing mouth-watering breakfasts made from locally-grown ingredients. Biff can help you make the most of your time in Ashburton and help plan any hiking and biking routes you may like.
